Theo comes from a background in production & agenting.

Once an associate of Nina Gold, Theo has cast wide & varied projects such as the movies SIGHTSEERS, HIGH RISE both directed by Ben Wheatley, PADDINGTON directed by Paul King & FAR FROM THE MADDING CROWD directed by Thomas Vinterberg. Recent film credits include MGM’s THE HUSTLE, the Netflix original CALIBRE & MY FAULT: LONDON for Amazon Prime.

Upcoming movies include Village Roadshow’s ETERNAL RETURN & New Regency’s WATCH DOGS.

Theo received an Emmy for her work on Season 1 of Warner Bros/Apple’s smash hit show TED LASSO & was nominated again for Seasons 2 & 3. Other recent television credits include MASTER OF NONE Season 3 dir. Aziz Ansari & Amazon’s epic Tolkien drama LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RINGS OF POWER.
